1. Book for viewing
2. Pay a refundable service fee (GHc50 -GHc100) depending on the assigned property officer and the location.
3. After viewing, if you are interested to rent, come to our office and make payment or transfer into our bank account.
(We take full responsibility as a corporate entity to ensure payment is made to the Landlord on your behalf)
4 We will make payment on your behalf and handover the keys to you with your tenancy agreement.
5. Your Payment is Refundable so far as payment has not been made to the Landlord.
Once you’re good with these terms , you’re good to go for the viewing as scheduled with the officer.
