Jeffrey Sujar
Jeffrey Sújar is a civil and structural engineer by training, with postgraduate credentials in Project & Construction Management from the University of Reading (UK) and an Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School. Since 2018, he has served as CEO of Syllabus by Urbania (a student-housing specialist under Urbania International), where he leads strategy, investment advisory and structuring of high-quality student accommodation projects.
Juan Cortes
Juan Cortés is a multilingual architect and urbanist with over a decade of international experience in urban planning, master-planning and sustainability. He currently serves as Head of Urbanism & Sustainability at ARUP and previously same at Jones Lang LaSalle (Spain), and has previously held leadership roles at AECOM and co-founded design firm Planlab. A Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University and doctoral candidate at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he brings expertise in city-scale strategies, sustainable design and cross-cultural project leadership
