WHAT IS CLASSIFIED LISTING?

Our Classified Apartments are listings that are solely not in our management. Booking a classified Listing connects you directly to the Home Owners (Landlords). This is designed for PREMIUM USERS. If you haven’t sign up as a Premium User, Kindly do so  here PREMIUM USER 

CLASSIFIED FEE (5%)

Please! Kindly note that after Rent payment is made to the Landlord,  5% of the total rent paid should be paid to SIKADAN HOMES via  CLASSIFIED FEE  For example, if you pay GHc 700per month *12 months = GHc8400 to the Landlord. Ensure you come back to us to make 5% of GHc8400 = GHc420. This agreement is a BOND between  you (User) and SIKADAN HOMES in the spirit of Honesty ,Truth , Trust and Faith.

Follow the STEPS below to book and rent our CLASSIFIED Apartments:

1. Book For Viewing
2. Property Officer will call and/or send you the contact of the Landlord.
3. Call the number and arrange to inspect the place for your approval
4. Once you approve, Make Rent payment (only after your own due diligence ) to the Landlord.  But note that we are not responsible for any cost, should your engagement with the Landlords herein leads to any fraudulent arrangement.
